Archit Organosys Ltd. can be found at Plot No. 25/9/a 25/9/b, Phase 3, Gidc. It’s a regular industrial spot where we do our daily work. The address covers two plots, so we have a decent amount of space for our operations. Most days, we arrive early before the sun gets too high and the heat starts to bake the roof. The work we do here requires a lot of attention, so it’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the sound of the machines. We aren't a corporate office with people in suits. Most of us are in boots and work shirts. The yard sometimes gets crowded with drums and crates that need to be moved. It's a bit of a puzzle trying to fit everything in when things get busy. We know the neighbors at the other plots well enough to say hello in the morning. Phase 3 of Gidc is a maze if you don't know your way around, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. There's a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the noise. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work right. It’s not always easy, especially when equipment breaks down or the weather is bad, but that's just how it goes. We’re just a bunch of people working hard at our plots.
