It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of energy around the building. Our office is a place where we handle both events and different projects. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of planning boards. We don’t really go for the corporate look; it’s more about having a functional space where we can get stuff done. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for a while and some newer faces. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office can be quiet one minute and then completely full the next. Navrangpura is a great location for us because it’s central, making it easier to get to our clients across the city. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just take the projects as they come and try to handle the details so things don’t fall through the cracks. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace by now.
