We are located at 12 A in the Bhuminagar Society, part 2. It is right near the Sattadhar bus stand in Ghatlodiya, so it is pretty easy for people to find us if they know the area. Being in Ahmedabad, specifically this part of Gujarat, means we see a lot of local growth happening all around us. N K Shah Consultants Engineers is not a massive firm with a lobby and a water fountain. We work out of a modest office that is basically filled with technical drawings and old engineering manuals. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The noise from the bus stand nearby is something we have just learned to ignore over the years. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and crunching numbers. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do. We have been part of this community for a while, and most of our clients are people we have known for years. We do not use a lot of big words to explain things to people. If a plan works, it works. We just try to be practical about the projects that come across our desks. Sometimes we are out in the field, so the office might be locked for an hour or two. We just put a note on the door. It is a simple way of doing things, but it keeps the business running without too much extra stress.
