M/S Ria Chemicals

We are based out of Ahmedabad and we deal with chemicals. It’s a big city for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the industrial vibe here. We don’t have a fancy story about how we started, we just saw a need for reliable chemical supplies and went for it. The office and the storage space are pretty basic. We spend most of our time coordinating deliveries and making sure the containers are handled right. Ahmedabad can get really hot in the summer, which makes the warehouse work a bit tough, but we manage. We aren’t a huge multinational corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a group of us who know the local market and the types of chemicals businesses around here need. We talk to our customers directly, no fancy call centers or anything. Sometimes things get a bit messy, that’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. We’ve been around the city for a while now. Most people in the trade know where to find us. We don’t go in for big advertisements or slogans. We just provide the products and try to be fair about it. It’s a simple setup and that’s how we like it. We focus on the daily tasks and getting the orders out on time to whoever needs them. We keep the books in order and wait for the next batch to arrive. It's just a regular day here for the crew.
