We are based in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, specifically at 10/65. Being in an industrial area means it’s a bit different from a regular retail shop. There are trucks moving and machines humming all day long. Montela Precision is where we do our work. It’s a functional space. We have machines and tools and a lot of metal around. We focus on precision work, which means we have to be careful and steady. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we have what we need to get the jobs done. It’s often loud and a bit greasy, but that’s the nature of being in Kirti Nagar. We aren't a corporate office with carpets and coffee machines. We are a workshop. People who come to see us usually have specific technical needs. We spend our days measuring and making things. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to start over. That’s just part of the process. We don't have a team of people to answer phones. Usually, the person who answers is the one holding a tool. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. We know the other businesses in the industrial area. It’s a hardworking place. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see what we’ve made. It’s a solid, practical business. The floor is concrete and we wear heavy boots because that's just the safest way to work in a place like this.
