Mj Surgicals is located at Plot No. 283 on Road No. 3. It’s a straightforward industrial plot. We don't have any decorative gardens or fancy entrances. It’s just a big gate and a functional building. Inside, we keep our stock of surgical supplies. The space is mostly filled with tall shelves and wooden pallets. We spend our days loading and unloading trucks that come to Road No. 3. It’s physical work and it can be quite tiring, especially when the weather is humid. We have a small office tucked into one corner where we keep the computer and the phone. That’s where we handle the orders and the billing. It’s not a very big team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how to get things done without much talking. We don't have a corporate dress code or any formal meetings. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving boxes around. The area is quite industrial, so there’s always the sound of engines and work going on nearby. We don't make any big claims about being the leaders in anything. We just provide the supplies that are ordered from us. It’s a simple business model and it has served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
