Meera Children Hospital

If you go up to the second floor of Block D in Sobo Center you will find us tucked away in the corner at number 269. Being right here in South Bopal is convenient for a lot of parents because they can park their cars across at Suncity or in the main lot. The hospital isn't a massive building like the ones in the city center it's more of a cozy space where the hallways are painted in bright colors to keep the kids from feeling too nervous. We have toys scattered around the waiting area because children can never sit still for long. Sometimes it gets quite noisy with the little ones crying or running around but that is just how a place for kids is supposed to be I guess. The light comes in through the big windows overlooking the road and you can see the traffic moving below while you wait. We have a few rooms for checkups and a small desk where we keep all the files in big blue folders. The elevator at Sobo Center can be a bit slow on weekends so a lot of people just take the stairs to reach the second floor. It’s a busy spot especially in the evenings when school lets out and parents bring their little ones in for a quick look. We have a small fridge in the back for keeping medicines cold and a few chairs for the staff to rest on during their lunch break.
