Children Surgical Hospital & Cardiology Clinic

We are situated right on Keshav Nagar Road. It’s a pretty central spot in Keshav Nagar, so we get a lot of locals walking in from the nearby houses. This place handles both surgery and heart-related issues for children, which sounds quite intense to some, but on a day-to-day basis, it’s mostly just us checking monitors and talking to families. The hospital isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see in the center of the city; it’s more of a functional space that fits right into the street. We have some surgical rooms and a place for kids to stay while they recover after their procedures. Cardiology involves a lot of machines that beep and flash, which can be a bit scary for the younger kids, so we try to keep things as calm as possible with a few stickers. The road outside can get quite dusty and loud with the traffic, but inside it stays relatively still and quiet. We spend a lot of time explaining things to parents who are understandably worried, often using a pen and a scrap of paper to draw out what we mean. It’s hard work, and the shifts can be long, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a big team of marketers, just the medical staff and the people who keep the floors clean. People find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were on this road. It's just a regular hospital doing its thing for the community.
