Our office is in the Akruti building, room 702, right near the under bridge on C G Road. Being near Stadium Circle means there is always something going on outside. Mayurpankh Entertainment Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, but inside, it's just a regular group of us working through projects. We deal with all kinds of entertainment needs. It gets pretty loud around here with the traffic and the general buzz of Navrangpura. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Dealing with the paperwork and the planning takes up most of our hours. It’s not always glamorous work, despite the entertainment part of the name. A lot of it is just making sure the schedules align and everyone knows where they are supposed to be. We handle the local stuff in Ahmedabad and sometimes further out. We don’t have some polished speech to give people. We just talk about what needs to happen to make an event work. Whether it’s a small party or something a bit larger, the process is mostly the same—lots of lists and phone calls. We like being on C G Road because it’s central and people can find us easily enough. It’s a functional space where we get the work done, and that’s about all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day-to-day tasks. It is just simple, honest work every single day.
