Our office is in Matrix Tower, specifically rooms 1106 and 1107. We are located behind the Divya Bhaskar building on Corporate Road in the Prahlad Nagar area. This part of town is very modern and has a lot of glass buildings and paved roads. Despite the fancy surroundings, our office is quite down-to-earth. We deal with organic systems and chemicals, so there is a lot of technical talk happening around the water cooler. The view from the 11th floor is actually pretty good, you can see quite a bit of the city from up here. We have a lot of computers and some specialized equipment for testing things out. The atmosphere is generally quiet as everyone is usually focused on their own projects. We have a small area for meetings that usually has a few half-empty coffee cups on the table. It is a busy place but we do not really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing too strictly. People just talk to whoever they need to get things done. The commute can be a bit of a pain because Corporate Road gets very busy during peak hours, so many of us try to arrive early. We have been in this spot for a while and it works well for the type of chemical research and business we do. It is a functional, straightforward space for the team to work.
