Marudhar Alum & Chemicals (P) Ltd. is based out of the RIICO Industrial Area specifically at units F-252 through 255. Having a few units together gives us a bit more room than some of our neighbors but it still feels like a tight squeeze once we get all the materials inside. It is a dusty part of town which is pretty common for an industrial zone like this. We handle a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around the yard. The office is tucked away in one corner and it is usually filled with the sound of the plant running nearby. We do not have a fancy corporate structure. Most of the people here have been with the company for a long time so we just know what needs to be done without being told. We deal with various materials so there is always a bit of a smell in the air and everyone wears their gear. It is not the kind of place you would visit if you wanted to see a polished showroom. We are focused on production and getting the trucks loaded. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess but we just keep moving. It is basic hard work and we do not try to sugarcoat it. We just provide what we produce and try to keep the operations running smoothly throughout the week. It is a no-frills environment and that is how we like to run things.
