My office is tucked away in South Bopal, specifically at C-103 in the Samanvay Residency. It is just off the Gala Gymkhana Road. It’s a bit different from the heavy industrial areas because this part of town is actually quite nice to walk around in the evenings. Being near the Shayona Tilak on S. G. Road makes it easy for people to find me, though I’m usually out and about anyway. It’s not a big team here. Most of the time it is just me and maybe one or two others handling the files and the phone calls. The residency is a good spot because it stays relatively quiet during the workday. I have a desk that is usually covered in papers and a computer that is a few years too old, but it gets the job done. I don't see the point in having a fancy setup just to impress people. It is a very straightforward way of working. I handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes in. Sometimes the traffic on S. G. Road is a complete mess, so I try to schedule things so I’m not stuck in my car for hours. It’s a local operation, very low-key. I’ve lived in this city a long time and I like the pace of this neighborhood. It is comfortable and it works for what I need to do. No big mission statements or corporate talk, just someone trying to run a decent business from a quiet office.
