Manglam Medical Agency

Our shop is Manglam Medical Agency, and we are located in the Pushpakunj Complex in Thakkar Bapa Nagar. We are in Shop 18, which is a bit tucked away if you aren't looking for it. Since we are a medical agency, the place is usually full of brown cardboard boxes and packing tape. We spend most of the morning unloading stuff and the afternoon getting it ready to go out again. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and checking lists. The complex itself is quite busy, with people coming and going from the other shops, but we mostly focus on our own corner. The walls inside are just plain white, and they’ve got some scuff marks from all the boxes being moved around. I have a small wooden desk where I do all the billing, and it’s usually covered in pens and scraps of paper. It’s not the kind of place where you come to browse; it’s more for people who know exactly what they need to pick up. The light from the front door is about all the sun we get, so it can feel a bit enclosed, but we have some good fans to keep the air moving. Thakkar Bapa Nagar is a hard-working area, and we just try to keep up with the pace. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place where we get the job done every day without much fuss.
