We are located at C-9 in New Girdhar Park, which is in the Ambawadi area of Ahmedabad. It is a pretty well-known part of the city, and we are right there near the park. The office is usually humming with activity because there is always someone coming in to talk about their holiday plans or asking for help. We spend a lot of time on computers, looking at resort availability and talking to members on the phone. It’s a regular office setup—nothing too fancy, just the usual desks and a few posters on the walls showing different places people can visit. The traffic around Ambawadi can be quite something during rush hour, so we usually hear the constant horns from our desks. We don't use any of that polished corporate language here. It’s just us trying to explain how the memberships work and helping people pick dates for their trips. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy callers or technical glitches with the system, but that is just part of the day. We have a small water station and a place to make tea, which is where we hang out when things get a bit slow in the afternoon. It’s a decent place to work, and we know the local chai wallah outside pretty well. We just show up, do our tasks, and try to keep everything in order without making it more complicated than it needs to be for anyone.
