Mahendra Chemicals

Our place, Mahendra Chemicals, is over in the Naroda GIDC Industrial Estate, specifically at Door No. B-1, 217/218/2. We are in Phase-3. It’s a big area and there are many different units around us. We’ve been operating from here for many years now. The building is a bit old, with some stains on the walls and a heavy iron gate that we pull shut at night. Inside, it’s mostly storage and some processing equipment. We deal with chemicals, so there’s always a specific smell in the air that you get used to after a while. It’s not a place for visitors to wander around because it’s quite busy with people moving things. We have a small office tucked in the front where we keep the ledgers and the telephone. It’s got a couple of old wooden chairs and a calendar on the wall from three years ago that no one ever took down. We aren't big on decorations or making things look fancy for customers. Most of the people we deal with are regular clients who have been buying from us for a long time. They know what to expect and they just come to the side door to talk to the manager. It’s a very basic way of doing things, but it has worked for us all this time without any trouble. Finding the right door among all the numbers can be tough, but we’re there.
