We are located in the Medicine Market in Paldi, which is a very well-known hub for this kind of work in Ahmedabad. Our agency is right opposite Shefali Center, so we are in the middle of all the action. We handle both medical and surgical supplies, which means our space is always full of boxes and crates. It is a very busy area, and there are always tempos and delivery vans blocking the narrow lanes. Our office is not a place for sitting around; there is always something to load or unload. We have been in this market for many years and have seen it change quite a bit. Inside the agency, things are a little cramped because we try to keep a wide variety of surgical items on hand. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People in the medical trade know us because we’ve been around so long. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking lists of inventory. It’s a lot of physical work and paperwork combined. The building is an older one, typical for this part of Paldi. We don't try to look like a modern corporate office. We are just a local agency doing our daily work, keeping things moving in the local medical supply chain. It’s a practical, noisy, and busy life, but we like it.
