We’re located in Swami Complex, specifically at shops 5, 10, and 11 on the first floor. It’s right behind Shayona Plaza on Minabazar Road in Meghaninagar. We have a bit more space since we took over those three units, which is good because medical supplies take up a lot of room. The complex stays pretty busy, and finding a parking spot on Minabazar Road can be a real struggle sometimes. We’ve been here in Meghaninagar for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate office; it’s more of a working warehouse and shop where things are always moving. We have shelves everywhere and boxes piled up in the corners. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we’ve got a system that works for us. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the area or have businesses nearby. We don’t do any flashy advertising or use big marketing words. We just focus on getting the right items to the people who need them. The first-floor location means we get a little less foot traffic than the ground floor, but we like it that way. It gives us a bit more room to breathe and organize. It’s a busy, sometimes dusty, but reliable place. We’re just local folks doing our job every day behind the plaza. Most of our days are spent checking invoices and helping out the regulars.
