Mahadev Medical Agency is located at No. 6 in the Nandanvan Raw House area, which is pretty close to Devikrupa Society near the Ctm Cross Road. It’s a decent location because the cross road is a major point for people traveling across the city. Being in a raw house setup gives us a bit more of a personal feel than a big commercial building. We mostly handle medical supplies, and because we are an agency, we have to deal with a lot of paperwork and bulk orders. I spend a lot of my time in the back room or at my desk, making sure the inventory matches what we’re supposed to have. The area around Devikrupa Society is mostly families, so we do get people walking in looking for individual items too. It’s a bit of a mix. The Ctm Cross Road area can get very congested, so getting our deliveries on time is always a bit of a gamble with the traffic. Inside the shop, things are usually a bit quieter. I like to keep the place tidy, though it’s hard when you have boxes of medical supplies arriving throughout the day. I’ve been working here for a while, and it’s just a steady routine of checking stock, taking orders, and making sure we have what people are looking for. It’s a basic, honest business that fits right into the Nandanvan neighborhood.
