Macons Equipments

We’re located over in Gandhinagar, specifically in Sector-13 A. Jayanta Sikdar stays here with Md. Naseem at 465/1. It’s more of a personal setup than a big industrial site. Macons Equipments operates out of this spot, and it’s got a very different feel than an office in the middle of Ahmedabad. Gandhinagar is a bit more planned and quiet. We don't have a giant sign or a parking lot full of cars. It’s just where we handle the business. We keep our records here and take calls from people looking for equipment. It’s a very direct way of working. There are no layers of management to go through. You just talk to us. We’ve been in this part of Gujarat for a bit, and we like the pace here. It’s not as rushed as the city. We spend our mornings getting organized and the rest of the day follows. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is okay. We don't use any fancy software or have big meetings about our goals. We just look at what needs to be delivered and make sure it happens. It’s a humble way to run things, but it suits us well. We aren't trying to be corporate. We’re just people helping other people get what they need for their own projects. It’s honest and it’s what we know. We just focus on doing our work well and keeping things moving.
