We deal with medical systems, which sounds very technical, and it is, but our day-to-day is pretty grounded. We spend a lot of time checking equipment and talking to doctors or clinic staff who need things fixed or set up. Our office isn't some glass tower; it’s a regular building in a hardworking neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our chai. It gets very hot in Ahmedabad during the summer, so we tend to start our work quite early to beat the heat. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. If a piece of medical gear isn't working, we just figure out why and fix it. It’s important work, but we don't act like we’re better than anyone else.
