You can find us at 4002 in the G.I.D.C. Phase-Iv area of Vatva. We are technically in Village-Ramol, which is part of the Tal. Dascroi region. Our name is M. S. Ophthalmics Pvt. Ltd. and we have been operating from this spot for a long while now. Being in a G.I.D.C. estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of factories and warehouses. It is an industrial life. The air is often filled with the smell of manufacturing and the sound of heavy trucks moving in and out of the gates. Our building is a simple structure that was built for work, not for looks. Inside, we focus on making products for the eye care industry. It is a very precise type of work, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. The team here is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We do not have any fancy titles or a big human resources department. We just all pitch in where we are needed. Sometimes the dust from the industrial area gets everywhere and we have to spend time cleaning up. We eat our lunch in a small room at the back and talk about the news or the weather. It is a quiet, steady kind of existence. We do not go looking for attention. We just want to make sure our work is done properly before we head home for the day.
