Lord Krishna Children Hospital

Operating a children's hospital near the Gujarat College Ground keeps us pretty busy most days. Lord Krishna Children Hospital is located near the Jalaram Mandir Railway Crossing, which is a landmark almost everyone in Ellisbridge knows. If you’ve ever been stuck at that crossing, you’ve likely seen our building. We mainly focus on the little ones, from babies to teenagers. It can get quite loud and chaotic here, as you can imagine with kids around, but that is just how a pediatric place is. We are tucked behind the college ground in the Ellis Bridge area. Parents usually come in looking a bit stressed, so we try to get them sorted as fast as we can. It isn't a fancy place, but it’s functional and we have what we need to take care of the children. The staff here has been around for a long time and we’ve seen all sorts of cases. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and the toys get scattered everywhere, but we just pick them up and keep going. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We just spend our time making sure the kids get better. Being near the railway crossing means it’s easy for people from different parts of the city to reach us. It’s just a local hospital for families who need a hand when their kids are sick. We’re just here doing our bit in Ellisbridge.
