Our office is on the 2nd Floor of the Saman Complex, which is right across from Satyam Mall in the Vastrapur area. It’s a lively part of town and there’s always something happening at the mall. Life Line Surgichem India Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for several years now. We deal with surgical and chemical supplies, so our office is usually a bit of a mess with catalogs and order forms. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of rules. We just have a small team that works hard to get the supplies out to hospitals and clinics. The Saman Complex is a good place to be, though the parking can be a real headache some days. We don't have a professional marketing person writing for us. We just do our own thing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest inventory lists. Sometimes the couriers are late or a shipment gets misplaced, and we have to spend the whole day tracking it down. It’s just part of the daily grind. We know the other shop owners in the complex and often chat with them during tea breaks. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to do our work well and keep our customers happy without any big corporate fuss.
