Our office is located at number 73 in the Niharika Bungalows area of Ahmedabad. We have been here for a while now, focusing on architecture and how land is planned out. It is a quiet enough spot in Gujarat where we can actually get some work done without too many distractions. Being in a bungalow setting is a bit different from a big office tower, but it suits the way we work. We spend our days looking at maps and building designs. It is a lot of technical stuff that most people might find boring, but we find it interesting. We deal with the practical side of how buildings sit on a piece of land. Ahmadabad is growing so fast, so there is always something new to look at. We are just a group of people who know their way around a site plan. We don't really do much self-promotion. Most of our work comes from people who just know we are here at Niharika Bungalows. We try to keep the atmosphere in the office relaxed but we are serious about the drawings we produce. It takes a lot of time to get land planning right, and we don't like to rush things. We have been part of the local community for a long time and we plan to stay here at this address.
