Krishna Dance Academy

Krishna Dance Academy is based at Shop No 8 in the Sukhsagar Complex. We are in the Bapunagar Tolnaka area, right above Janta Ice Cream. If you are near the Dinesh Chamber, you can't miss us. The academy is usually full of music and the sound of people practicing their steps. It is a lively spot to be in, especially in the evenings when most of the classes happen. Being above an ice cream shop is actually pretty nice, although it makes it hard not to go down for a snack after work. Bapunagar is a very busy part of Ahmedabad, and the Tolnaka area is always moving. We have a decent-sized space in the complex for our sessions. It’s not a fancy studio with mahogany floors, just a practical space where people come to learn. We spend a lot of time cleaning the mirrors and making sure the music system is working. Sometimes the stairs to the shop are a bit crowded, but that’s just how it is in Sukhsagar Complex. We have been here for a good amount of time and most of the kids from the nearby societies come here. It is just a local dance place. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just us teaching and managing the schedule. We like the energy of the students and the noise of Bapunagar outside.
