A J International School Of Music is located inside the Shraddhanjali Bungalows, right next to the Cosmos Bank in Maninagar. It is a bit of a different setup since we are based in a residential style building rather than a cold office space. This gives the place a much more relaxed vibe when people come in for their lessons. Ahmedabad can be a loud city, but inside the bungalows, it feels a bit more tucked away. We have different rooms where people practice their instruments and work on their singing. You can usually hear a mix of sounds coming from different corners, like a guitar in one room and maybe someone on the piano in another. It is not always perfectly in tune, but that is how learning goes. Being beside Cosmos Bank makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming for the first time. We have students of all ages, from kids just starting out to older folks who finally have time to pick up a hobby. The staff here are mostly just people who really enjoy music and want to share that. We don't have any corporate protocols or anything like that. It is just about sitting down and getting through the sheet music. Sometimes we have small gatherings where people play for each other, which is always a bit of a mess but a lot of fun. We are just a local music spot in Maninagar.
