Kishan Hotel

Kishan Hotel is found in the town of Dasada, within the Surendra Nagar district of Gujarat. Our building is located right next to the local petrol pump. This makes us a natural place to stop for travelers who are stopping to refuel their vehicles. Driving through this part of Gujarat can be a very long and dusty journey. We provide a simple place where people can get out of their cars and sit down for a while. It is not a fancy hotel by any means. We are more of a basic guesthouse with a small eating area. We have a couple of rooms available for rent, but they are very plain and simple. Most of our visitors are just stopping in for a quick meal before they continue their trip. The ground around the petrol pump is often very dry and dusty. We have to sweep the floors multiple times a day to keep the sand out. We start our day very early to serve the truck drivers who pass through before the sun is up. We usually have hot tea and some local Gujarati snacks ready for them. The menu does not change much from day to day. We just cook what we know how to make well. It is a small business run by our family members. We do not use any computer systems for bookings. You just show up at the door and we help you.
