I’ve been working out of Prernatith - 1 for a while now. It’s right across from the Jain Derasar in Jodhpur, Ahmedabad. If you know the Satellite area, you know it gets pretty busy around here, especially during the festivals. My space at number 33 isn't huge, but it fits what I need. I usually get in early before the heat really starts to pick up. Ahmedabad summers are no joke, so the fan stays on all day. I mostly handle things on my own. It’s a bit of a local setup. I’ve lived in this city my whole life, so I’m used to the noise and the way people talk. The temple across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find the place for the first time. I don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine. If someone comes by, we usually just sit and talk over whatever needs to be done. The shelves are mostly full of old files and some books I’ve kept over the years. I don’t believe in keeping things too formal. Most people who know me just call me Kimi. We get the work done, and that’s about it. No fancy slogans or anything. Just a small room in a good part of town where I can keep things moving. It’s nothing special to look at, but it works for me and keeps my life manageable.
