Kemi Impex Pvt. Ltd. is on the fourth floor of Millenium Plaza, suite A-406. It’s right on Judges Bungalow Road in Vastrapur, which is a pretty popular spot in Ahmedabad. The building is usually buzzing with people going to different offices. We like being up on the fourth floor because it’s a bit quieter than the ground level. We spend our days dealing with imports and exports, so there’s a lot of talk about shipping schedules and customs. The office is full of folders and ledger books. We have a few big windows that look out towards the mall, which is a nice view when we take a minute to breathe. It’s a typical office setup—some old wooden desks, computers that hum a bit too loudly, and a water cooler that’s always empty when you need it. We’ve been here for a long time, so the carpet is showing some wear in the hallways. We don’t really do fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table discussing the next shipment. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer months. People come and go throughout the day, bringing papers to sign or picking up documents. It’s a steady pace, nothing too crazy, but we keep moving. We just try to get the work done right and keep our clients happy without any drama.
