Micro Poly Ionics Pvt. Ltd. is located right at Plot No. 262 and 263 on Road No. G in Gidc. Most days around here start pretty early when the sun is still coming up over the industrial buildings. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure everything is running the way it should. The space across those two plots keeps us busy, especially with the trucks coming in and out along Road G. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where people show up to work and get things done. Sometimes the fans are loud and the air gets a bit thick, but that is just how it is in this part of the estate. We’ve been here a while now, and you get used to the rhythm of the machines and the sounds of the neighbors doing their own thing. There is always some paperwork to catch up on or a machine that needs a bit of looking at, so there isn’t much downtime. It feels like a second home to a lot of the guys who have been with us since the start. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or long speeches. It’s more about the actual day-to-day tasks that keep Micro Poly Ionics Pvt. Ltd. moving forward. If you ever find yourself on Road G, you’ll see our gates and probably hear some work going on inside. We just try to keep our heads down and handle whatever comes our way.
