We are spread across a few different plots—26, 27, and 28/A—over in the Ravi Industrial Estate in the Rakhial area. We are located right across from the Maniyar Trailler place, which really helps people find us since this estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We do various types of manufacturing work here. It is a very busy spot, and we usually have something running on the machines from early morning until late in the evening. The concrete floors have seen better days and are pretty stained, but they hold up the heavy equipment just fine. We do not really have a fancy philosophy about the way we do things; we just take the orders as they come and try to get them finished without making any big mistakes. Most of the staff live nearby in the surrounding neighborhood, so it is a local crowd working in the shop. We have a lot of back-and-forth with the other small businesses in Rakhial for supplies and various services. It is an old-school way of doing things, where a simple handshake still counts for a lot. We do not use a lot of big words or have meetings that last for hours on end. We just look at the work that needs doing and we get to it. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we fix it ourselves.
