Up on the 5th floor of the Shri Krishna Centre, things are a bit different than being down on the street. We are at Mithakali, in the Navrangpura area, which is always buzzing with people and offices. Being in room 42, we have a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at files and machine specs. We deal with industrial machinery, which means a lot of technical talk and phone calls. It can be a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens once in a while. People come to visit us to talk about their factory needs. We aren’t a shop where you just pick something off a shelf. It’s more about figuring out what kind of setup someone needs for their business. Navrangpura is a central spot, so it makes it easy for folks to find us, even if parking is a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been at this for a good while. The office isn’t anything too flashy, just some desks and samples of what the machines can do. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the shipping schedules are on track. It is a lot of coordination. You get used to the city noise from five floors up. It’s just us, working through the daily tasks, making sure our clients get the machines they were expecting without too much fuss. Navrangpura can be a bit hectic, but once you get up here to the 5th floor, it’s a lot more manageable. We just keep the coffee going and handle the paperwork as it comes.
