Kapran Chem Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. A2/334 in Phase-II of the Vatva G.I.D.C. area. We are quite close to the Vatva Railway Station, so you can often hear the trains clicking along the tracks throughout the day. Working in an industrial estate like this means there's always something going on next door. It’s mostly warehouses and factories around us. We focus on the chemical side of things, which involves a lot of weighing, mixing, and packing. The office part is just a small corner of the building where we keep the ledgers and the computer. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, what with all the industrial dust, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Usually, it's just the owner and a few workers making sure the orders go out to the railway station or onto the trucks on time. We’ve had some of the same customers for a long time now. They know we're here and they know how we work. It's a basic setup without any bells or whistles. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. That's just life in Vatva. We keep at it every day because the work needs doing. It's not glamorous, but it is steady and reliable for all of us here.
