Heena Fashion

We are at 1971 Panch Patti Road in the Kalupur area. It’s a very old part of the city and things are very close together. Our shop, Heena Fashion, is just a small place packed with clothes. We have been here for quite some time now. The street is always full of noise and the smell of food from nearby stalls. We open up the shutters every morning and start sorting through the clothes. It’s a lot of work to keep things from getting dusty since we are right on the road. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. We just have the racks and the shelves. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. We know many of them by name. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people who walk in. Sometimes we sit on the steps when it’s quiet. The afternoons can be very hot, so we just stay inside and wait for the evening rush. It’s a busy life but it is what we know. We make sure the floor is swept and the stock is ready. There is nothing too complicated about how we do things here. We just try to get through the day and keep the shop going. It’s a honest day of work in Kalupur.
