We are located over at P-42 Motijheel Bihar, specifically in Flat-5B of Block-B on Motijheel Avenue in Dum Dum. Kolkata is a big city, but our little corner here in 700074 feels a bit more like a community where everyone knows each other. Kaleidoscope Evevents Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant firm with a lobby and a fancy receptionist. We work out of this flat because it works for us and keeps us close to the local rhythm of the neighborhood. You’ll find us surrounded by folders, samples, and whatever else we need for our daily tasks, usually spread out all over the tables. It’s a bit of a climb or an elevator ride up, but once you’re here, it’s just us working away. We don't really go for the polished, high-end look because we’d rather spend our energy on the actual work that needs to be finished. It gets humid and the street noise comes up from Motijheel Avenue, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The team is small, mostly people who have been around this part of West Bengal for a long time. We handle things as they come, solving problems and getting the planning done without much fanfare or big meetings. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. No fancy mission statements here, just a lot of lists, phone calls, and maybe a few arguments about where the stapler went. We just keep our heads down.
