We’re located at 904, Atma House, which is right across from the Reserve Bank on Ashram Road. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there’s always a lot going on outside our windows. Kaeser Compressor (India) is what it says on the door. We spend our days dealing with compressors and related equipment. Even though we’re in an office building, the talk is mostly about technical stuff and machine specs. The office itself is pretty basic. We have rows of desks and some filing cabinets that are getting too full. It isn't a high-tech lounge with bean bags. It's just a place where we do our paperwork and take calls. We have people coming in and out all day. Ashram Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking all the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just focus on the compressors we handle. Most of us have been working here a long time, so we know each other's habits. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. We don't have a fancy "About Us" page usually, we just tell people we’re the compressor folks in Atma House. It’s a straightforward job. We get the orders in, check the details, and make sure things are moving. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it at this spot for a while. We know most of the people working in the other offices around here too.
