Jyoti Medical Agencies is situated at 16/2 in the Relief Shopping Centre. Being right near the GPO on Salapas Road, the area is always buzzing with people and vehicles. Our place is more of a busy hub than a quiet retail shop. We handle a lot of boxes and crates every day, so there is always some noise from packing and unpacking. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, and we have to use a wooden ladder to get to the items stored at the top. It is not a place with air conditioning or fancy displays. We have a lot of paperwork piled up on the old desk where we handle the orders. It gets quite busy with the phone ringing and people coming in to pick up stock for other shops. We have been in the Relief Shopping Centre for a long time and we know all the shortcuts through the building. The stairs can be a bit of a climb when you are carrying heavy packages, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any big marketing slogans or a fancy brand image. We are just a local agency that focuses on getting medical supplies where they need to go. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we just keep at it because it is what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work.
