Jindal Gems Private Limited

We are Jindal Gems Private Limited. Our workspace is located at Shop 5046, 5047, and 5048 on the 5th floor of Trade House. It’s on Ring Road in Surat. If you know Surat, you know Ring Road is a very busy place, always full of trucks and cars. Trade House is a big building where a lot of business happens. We’ve been here for a while, and we ended up taking three units because we needed the extra space for all our gem work. It’s a private company, but it feels more like a small family office. We spend our time sorting stones and talking to people in the trade. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s mostly just desks, a few safes, and a lot of bright lights so we can see what we’re doing. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy lobby with a fountain. We just have a place where we work. Being on the 5th floor, we are a bit away from the noise of the street, which is nice when you need to focus on small details. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. We don't do much marketing or big sales pitches. Most of our business comes from the long-term relationships we’ve built over the years. It’s a simple, straightforward way to do things, and it has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and do the work day in and day out.
