Shiva Gems & Jewellery

Shiva Gems & Jewellery is tucked away in Mohini Tower, specifically unit A /502 on Judges Bounglows Road in Bodakdev. Being up in a tower is different from being on the street level. It’s a bit quieter and we don't get random people walking in as much. Most of our visitors are people we already know or folks who were sent our way. We handle both gems and finished jewelry. The office is a bit small, and we have boxes stacked up in the corner that we haven't sorted through in a while. We have a couple of desks and some bright lamps for the detail work. Bodakdev is a busy area, but once you get into the building, it’s a different world. We spend our days answering the phone and looking at stones. We don't have any flashy advertisements. We just focus on the pieces we have in front of us. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the view of the road from the window. It’s a practical workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to make sure the jewelry is handled carefully. It’s a basic business run by regular people who know their way around a gemstone and a jewelry bench.
