We are based in the Sarvoday Complex on C G Road, right near the Swastik Cross Road. It’s one of the busiest streets in Ahmedabad, always full of people and cars. Our office is on the fourth floor, and like I always tell people, the lift is a bit moody, so you might end up taking the stairs. We’ve been involved in the entertainment business for a long time. It’s mostly about coordinating things for events and shows. The office is small and filled with old folders and some posters from events we did years ago. Some of the edges are curling, but we keep them for the memories. I started this because I’ve always liked being around music and performance. It’s not always glamorous work; there’s a lot of sitting around waiting for people to call you back or checking schedules. We aren't some massive event management firm with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking out the window at the traffic on C G Road. The neighborhood has changed so much with all these new shops and cafes, but we are still here in the same spot. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly for our clients. It’s a simple life, even if the business is about entertainment.
