Jay Chemical Industries (K2)

Jay Chemical Industries is located at Jay House, right across from Central Mall. We are very close to Panchvati Circle in the Ambawadi area. It’s one of the more well-known parts of the city, so it’s easy for people to find us. The building, Jay House, is where we handle all our chemical business. It’s not a factory; it’s more for the administrative and trading side of things. Inside, it’s mostly files, phones, and computers. It gets pretty loud during the day because of the traffic on the main road. We’ve been here for a long time and the office feels like home to most of us. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just come in and get the work done. There is a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and customers on a daily basis. We have to be very careful with the numbers and the paperwork. Sometimes the tea man comes around and that’s when we take a small break. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing. We just rely on the fact that we've been in Ambawadi for years and people know who we are. It’s a straightforward operation and we like to keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and manage the business as it comes.
