Jagdish Medical & Provision Stores is located right in the middle of the Main Bazar in Thakkarbapa Nagar. If you know the market here in Ahmedabad 382350, you know it is always humming with people. We are just one of the many shops along the strip, but we’ve been here a long time. It’s a medical store but we also keep a lot of provisions because that’s what the people around here want. Being in the Main Bazar means we don’t get much peace and quiet until we close the doors at night. There are always people coming in for one thing or another. We try to keep the shelves stocked with the basics that every household needs. It’s just me and a couple of helpers managing the daily business. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Everything happens right here at the counter. The bazar can be a bit chaotic with all the carts and shoppers, but that’s the charm of Thakkarbapa Nagar. We do our best to find what people are looking for quickly. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back to find a specific item, but we usually have it. It’s a straightforward life running a shop like this. We just keep our heads down and serve the customers who come by. It’s a very local, neighborhood kind of place where everyone talks to everyone else. We have been here for many years and keep doing the same work.
