We are located up on the second floor of the Kalpna Complex. It is right near the Memnagar fire station here in Navrangpura, so we hear the sirens every now and then when the trucks head out. Most of our days are spent dealing with active pharma ingredients. It is technical work but we have been at it in this Shrimali Society area for a while now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files because there is always something to track. We get a lot of people coming through Navrangpura, and the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes near the complex. Our team is small, just a few of us making sure everything gets shipped where it needs to go. We don't have fancy furniture or anything, just desks and computers and a lot of talk about chemical compounds. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or something quick from a nearby stall. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some people have been here since the start, and others are newer, but we all just focus on the job. It’s not a glamorous business, just steady work in the pharma supply chain. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and things get a bit chaotic. That is just how it goes on a Tuesday morning in this part of town for our small crew.
