We set up shop at G 27 in Green City, which is over on K 7 Road in Sector-26 of Gandhinagar. Integrated Engimech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a mouthful, but we are just a regular group of engineers and technicians. Our office and workspace are in a pretty decent part of town, which is a bit quieter than the industrial zones. We deal with mechanical and engineering solutions, which basically means we spend a lot of time drawing things up and then figuring out how to make them work in the real world. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on. Sometimes we have long meetings around a cluttered table trying to solve a specific mechanical hiccup. It’s not always smooth sailing; things break, and designs don't always work the first time. But that’s just the nature of engineering. We’ve been in Gandhinagar for a while now and we like the pace here. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a local operation through and through. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks and try to get them done. It’s a practical business for practical people, and we like keeping it that way without any unnecessary fluff or high-end presentations.
