You can find us at B 4 Bina Flats, right behind the water tank in Gujarat. The Institute Of Hotel Management is where we teach folks how to run a kitchen and look after guests. It’s a busy spot, and there’s usually a smell of something cooking in the air. We have a small kitchen setup where students practice their chopping and sautéing. It’s not a five-star hotel, just a simple flat where we get the work done. The 380061 area is a good neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for some time. We spend a lot of time talking about how to set a table and how to talk to customers. It’s about the small details that make people feel welcome. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of onions, but that’s just how it goes in a real kitchen. We aren't trying to be the most famous school in India. We just want our students to be able to find a good job once they finish here. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and cleaning up after yourself. We keep things very practical and don’t spend too much time on fancy theories. Most of the people who come here are hard workers looking to start a career. It’s a noisy, lively place most of the day and we like it.
