Industrial Chemical Works

You can find us at Plot No. B1/2 in Phase II of the Naroda G.I.D.C. Estate. We’re right near the Dipak Oil Mills, so you can usually smell the oil and the chemicals long before you see the gate. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of smoke and noise from the trucks moving in and out. We make basic chemical supplies here. It involves a lot of mixing, monitoring temperatures, and making sure the drums are sealed properly. It’s not the cleanest work. The floors are always a bit stained, and we wear heavy boots because of the spills. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the batches we have to finish by the end of the week. Most of our workers have been with us for ten years or more, so we all know the routine. It’s hot in the summer, especially near the mixing vats, but we keep the fans going as much as we can. We deal with other factories in G.I.D.C. mostly. They need something for their own processes, and they know we’re just around the corner. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a lobby for visitors; if you come by, you’ll probably just find us in the back near the loading dock. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
