We’re located at 195 in the New Cloth Market, just outside the Raipur Gate. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how packed the streets get with cloth merchants and traders. Our office and storage are right in the thick of it. We deal with sulfonation and chemical supplies that the textile industry often needs. It’s a busy place with people constantly coming in and out with invoices and delivery notes. The building is old and the stairs are narrow, but it has a lot of character. We don't have a fancy reception area; it’s mostly just desks piled with papers and samples of chemicals. Much of our day is spent talking to the guys in the market or checking on the stocks in the godown. The noise from the street is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just supply what’s needed and try to keep our accounts straight. Sometimes the traffic at Raipur Gate is so bad that our deliveries get delayed by hours, but that’s just life in this area. We focus on the basics and keep our relationships with the local traders steady. It’s a traditional way of doing business that has worked for us so far. We are just ordinary people doing our jobs in a crowded city.
