Hotel St Laurn Tower, Ahmedabad

Our address is A-14, Bhagirath Tenament, which is located on Koteshwar Road in the Motera area of Ahmedabad. Even though the name is Hotel St Laurn Tower, this specific spot is where a lot of the background work happens. It is a tenement, so it feels much more like a home than a hotel lobby. We have been here in Motera for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new development around the stadium. The office is simple and honestly a bit cramped sometimes with all the supplies and paperwork we keep here. We have a few computers that have seen better days and a bunch of mismatched chairs. It’s a practical place where we handle the logistics and the boring side of running a hotel. Outside, the road can get pretty dusty and loud with the traffic going towards the main parts of Ahmedabad. We usually start early in the morning, getting the lists ready and making sure we know what needs to be done for the day. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a delivery or a staff member checking in. We don’t put on any airs here. It is just a workspace where we try to stay organized and keep the business side of the hotel functioning. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside.
