You’ll find our office on the second floor of the Vishal Commercial Centre. We’re located in Pattharkuva, right on Relief Road. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of noise and people always moving around. We are a small partnership, an LLP, and we run our hotel business from this central spot. It's not a fancy modern building, just a regular commercial block where a lot of local businesses work. Being on Relief Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which is helpful for getting things done. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Most of us just do whatever needs doing on any given day. Some days we are looking at accounts, and other days we are out at the hotel making sure everything is okay for the guests. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we don't think it's necessary. We just try to run a decent hotel and keep our business moving forward. It’s a lot of work staying on top of things in such a busy area, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We just focus on the basics and try to be honest about how we do things. We’ve been in this trade for a while now and we know that if you just do the work and treat people fairly, things usually work out. That’s how we’ve always operated here in the heart of the city.
