Harihar Chemicals Limited

We’ve been over here at Mahashakti Industrial Estate for a good while now. Our spot is right behind the old Anil Starch Mill in Bapunagar, which most people around Ahmedabad know well enough. It gets pretty busy on this side of town, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate every day. Inside Harihar Chemicals Limited, things are usually moving fast. We deal with all sorts of chemical supplies and the daily routine is mostly about checking barrels and making sure orders are lined up for the morning delivery. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. It’s a workspace where we get our hands dirty and make sure the work gets finished before we head home. The weather in Ahmedabad gets really hot, so the shed can get stuffy in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We know the neighbors and the tea stall nearby is where we usually catch a break. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things running smooth without making too much of a fuss. If you walk down the lane past the mill, you’ll see our gate. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the drums and the paperwork that needs doing. It’s loud, it’s a bit dusty, and there is always something to move around, but that is how it goes in Bapunagar. We just want to do the job right and call it a day.
